Travis Scott will not be performing at the Day N Vegas music festival. Scott was scheduled to headline the event at Las Vegas Festival Grounds on Saturday, November 13, less than a week after his own Astroworld festival took place at Houston’s NRG Park, which ended in tragedy after at least 8 people died and multiple others were injured.

Variety reported that Travis is “too distraught to play” at Day N Vegas, and have revealed that he will also provide full refunds for all attendees who bought tickets to the Astroworld festival. Scott will cover all funeral costs for the eight victims who died, according to a statement released Monday by a representative for the rapper. The victims ranged in ages between 14-27. The Houston-born artist will also partner with ‘BetterHelp’ to provide free mental health services to all those affected by the tragedy.

Day N Vegas is a general-admission festival, and Scott was to hit the main stage from 10:45 p.m. to 11:45 p.m. on Saturday night, following sets by Lil Baby and Doja Cat. Roddy Ricch (who played ahead of Scott at Astroworld) has a main stage slot at Day N Vegas on Friday, with Kendrick Lamar set to headline. Tyler the Creator is scheduled as headliner on Sunday. No word yet about a replacement for Scott’s Saturday night time slot.

Just days after the Astroworld tragedy, investigators are still looking for answers regarding the “mass casualty” event.  Police and firefighters declared the mass casualty at 9:38 p.m., 32 minutes after Scott’s set began, when crowd surges reportedly started. Promoters attempted to find a way to cut the concert short soon after the 9:38 “casualty” report, however the show continued until Scott ran through his planned setlist and finished as scheduled at 10:15 p.m.
